Policy

Catering deliveries are between the hours of 8am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Due to product supply issues, we are unable to guarantee items ordered within one week of event date. Late Fee applied to orders received after 10am for delivery following day. We will accommodate menu items ordered as best we can but may need to substitute items for short notice.

Cancellation Fee - Cancellations must be received 48 hours or more, prior to the day of the event, or you will be charged your total catering order.

Early/Late Delivery - Orders to be delivered outside of observed catering hours for 8am and 4:30PM. Price is per hour.

Special Events - if your event requires staffing to help set up, serve, and break down service, outside of normal catering hours, there will be a $25/hr. per staff person, added to your event.

Any order containing alcoholic beverages will require approval from an approving manager.

Meeting Drink Request Policy

The following policy will be followed for drink requests to be provided for meetings by the Facilities Department:

Drinks and ice will only be provided for meetings:

  • scheduled to be more than two hours long and the start time is after 8:00 AM and before 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
  • meetings attended by non-ORL employees (VIP's, Business Associates, Candidates, etc.) that are scheduled to be more than one hour long and the start time is after 8:00 AM and before 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
  • training classes scheduled to be more than three hours long and the start time is after 8:00 AM and before 6:00 PM Monday through Friday.
  • Please remember the following when requesting drinks:

  • Drinks and ice must be requested by an Admin in Catertrax at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
  • If a last minute request is received and Café Personnel are not available, the Admin responsible for the meeting may come to the Facilities storage area and complete the Drink Setup themselves.
  • Alcohol Policy

    Use the below guidelines when alcohol is to be served and consumed on EA-ORL property:

  • Only beer and/or wine will be served and consumed on EA-ORL property. All other liquors, mixed drinks, etc. are prohibited.
  • Beer and wine will only be consumed during company sponsored events and after work hours.
  • Beer and wine will only be served and consumed in EA-ORL specific areas. The consumption of beer or wine in public areas, parking garages and any other exterior areas of the buildings other than the beer and cheer terrace is strictly prohibited.
  • Beer and Wine will be distributed by an employee or vendor who will ensure under age drinking is not permitted.
  • Employees will be limited to two cups or two bottles of beer or two glasses of wine.
  • A GM must approve in writing by email to HR and Facilities the serving and consumption of beer and/or wine for any events that are for specific teams, loosely company sponsored or for private gatherings. Ensuring responsible consumption of beer and/or wine is followed by employees/contractors is then the Manager's at the event responsibility.
  • Individual Staff Members may not bring alcohol on to EA-ORL property or into any of the EA-ORL buildings without first having written permission from a GM.
